    O Ring Seals

O-rings are among the most widely used types of rubber seals. They excel in high precision and are designed to prevent unwanted leakage or loss of all types of media. The ring-shaped sealing element acts when compressed in both the radial and axial directions. When loaded with pressure in the system, it creates the resulting sealing force. The total sealing pressure increases with increasing operating pressure. Compared to other sealing elements, it has a number of advantages. We offer hardnesses in the range of 50-90 ºShA [standard quality NBR 70, in case of higher temperature or chemical load above standard quality FPM 80], we also have a special range of coated O-rings with a flexible core made of resistant elastomer VMQ or FPM and a cover made of FEP [fluoroplastic] , ensuring the chemical resistance of the seal. More complex or critical [FFKM] applications should always be consulted in advance.

Applications: Very effective and cost-effective sealing element for a wide range of static or dynamic applications. Great advantages over other types of seals, for example in the form of easy installation, affordability or especially in universal application for all types of media.

Delivery: O-rings can be provided according to various domestic and foreign standards. In addition to standardized dimensions, we offer fast and precise production directly in our company. Thanks to this, we can handle very fast delivery of seals of non-standard designs, for example in the event of an accident.

    O-Ring Seals offer:

    MATERIAL PROPERTIES
NBR Resistant to oils. Used for most industrial applications.
EPDM Resistant to chemicals. Used for temperatures up to 150ºC.
PTFE Very good physical properties. Outstanding resistance to chemicals and solvents.
VMQ (silikon) Very good temperature resistance. Widely used in food sector.
FKM (viton) Resistant to oils and chemicals. Used fot high temperatures.
VMQ / FPM – FEP Used for static applications. Meet the requirements for chemical combined with temperature resistance.
FFKM Used for critical application. Outstanding chemical or temperature resistance (up to 300ºC).
